Our Policies Pricing of Merchandise Our Company prices merchandise fairly. Should you see a lower price, please bring it to our attention and we will make every effort to meet the price. Prices are subject to change without notice, due to manufacturers variations in pricing. Processing Orders Our orders are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of the order. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and let you know when it is expected to arrive. Personalized items such as our Mah Jongg Purse may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped. Return Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Mah Jongg Maven. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the merchandise within 2 weeks of delivery for exchange or for credit. Please phone our tollfree number and speak to Susie prior to the return of merchandise. All returned merchandise must include a copy of the Sales Receipt so that credit will be given to the proper account. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. Items must be returned with original wrapping and packaging. A re-stocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returned merchandise. Personalized and jewelry items are non refundable. Items may not be returned over one month of receipt without prior authorization from Susie. We are very happy to accomodate fellow Mah Jongg enthusiasts who live outside the U.S.A. by shipping merchandise to them. Charges for shipping are made according to the weight of the merchandise and its final destination. Customers must be aware that we have no control of the merchandise delivery once it leaves the U.S.A. We are not responsible for delays in receipt of merchandise due to customs and other unforseen circumstances. Estimates in arrival time are ONLY ESTIMATES and exact times of receipt of merchandise may vary. All return policies apply to shipping outside the country and returned merchandise will NOT be accepted if returned after 6 weeks of shipment from the U.S.A. Quality Control We examine all our merchandise for defects prior to shipment. Should your order arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and notify us at once. U.P.S., Fed Ex, or U.S.P.O. must also be notified as they may want to inspect the damaged merchandise and pick it up. Customer Privacy We will never give or sell our customers names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and credit card information to any person or company.
